
The CLAROS Partner Program recognizes and rewards companies that assist CLAROS in meeting its objectives and goals. Our partners provide a comprehensive network of expert resources in operations, process, system infrastructure and technology matters. CLAROS and its' partners are committed to working side by side to provide superior value to mutual clients. Currently CLAROS offers several Partnership Opportunities including sales / distribution programs and solution development programs: Referral partners are responsible for introducing CLAROS to qualified prospects. All contracting, representation of services, and post-sales support will be handled by CLAROS. Once a sale is closed, the referral partner will receive a percentage of the contract revenue. • Basic knowledge of CLAROS services & solutions • Lead generation and registration Premium Partners act as independent representatives and are responsible for marketing and presenting CLAROS Solutions to potential prospects. Proposals and contract negotiations, as well as subsequent customer training/support and system implementation shall be shared between the Premium Partner and CLAROS personnel. Once a sale is closed, the Premium Partner will receive a percentage of the contract value over the length of the contract period. • Strong understanding of CLAROS services and solution • Provide annual business/marketing/sales plans and monthly forecasts Attain quarterly goals • Maintain up-to-date sale and marketing materials • Certify a minimum of one person to sell CLAROS services • Provide content for customer success stories CLAROS provides sales tools, such as starter collateral kits, lead registration, proposal assistance, and demonstration presentations. CLAROS seeks to work with companies that are the best in their industry through a variety of teaming agreements, subcontractor agreements and other contracting vehicles and arrangements. We seek opportunities to create alliances with companies that can compliment and enhance our service offerings. Our goal regarding Solutions Partners is to thoroughly evaluate potential partners to insure our clients benefit from the best technology providers possible under the CLAROS umbrella.
