His background, along with private business and marketing experience, has enabled him to become a significant principle in both domestic and international communications. Mr. Palmer has spent the past 20 years in the public and private communications industry, developing and implementing key strategies for global communications systems and integration. He is the CEO Emeritus of Satcom International and a Partner in Communications International Teleport, Inc.

Chief Technology Officer, Stanislav Sokolov has more than 12 years of experience in the online stock-trading and telecom industries. Mr. Sokolov has worked for number of successful startup companies as well as for more established corporations. He has built and architected several successful enterprise grade systems and has extensive experience building high-performance, fault-tolerant and redundant scalable systems.
